Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
Customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 7 days of receipt and return the item(s) for an exchange or a full credit note, excluding customized jewels. Each piece must be delivered back to us in its original packaging and condition, unworn and undamaged, with its individual tag still securely attached.
1. Return Postage Charges: We do not offer a free returns policy. The customer is required to pay for return postage charges. Additionally, if the Ministry of Finance in Lebanon requests VAT and custom duty taxes for returning items, the customer will be responsible for paying these fees.
2. Insurance: Insurance for returning items is strongly recommended as the customer is fully responsible for the item until it reaches K. Salamoon. We advise using a tracked and insured postal service to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refunds: Undamaged and correctly returned items will be credited using the same payment card originally used by you on our website to pay for your purchase. The refund will be issued after deducting all costs and taxes, including VAT, custom duties, and any bank transfer fees incurred by K. Salamoon.

5. Exchange Policy: Jewelry and goods purchased online cannot be exchanged at any of our worldwide retailers’ shops showcasing our brands.
6. Customized Jewels: Customized jewels are excluded from the return policy. They can only be altered against pre-agreed fees or repaired in case of manufacturer default, damages, or wrong size.
7. Customer Service: If there are any problems with your item(s) upon return, a member of our customer services team will contact you to resolve the issue.
