K. Salamoon will be shipping your order with DHL and reserves the right to change the carrier at its own discretion. From the date the goods are delivered to the carrier, the responsibility for delivering the goods to you, including the risk of late delivery, loss, or damage, passes to the carrier. K. Salamoon is not responsible for any delay caused by the carrier or customs. In the event of any such issues, the carrier will be in charge for addressing and resolving them. We will provide you with the necessary information to contact the carrier and track your shipment.
We strongly recommend that you add insurance to your shipment to protect your purchase against any potential loss or damage during transit. This will ensure that you are adequately compensated by the carrier in the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged while in their care.
