These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and apply to all orders placed with, and any contracts entered into between you and K. Salamoon LLC (“K. DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders placed within Lebanon are inclusive of taxes. For orders shipped to the USA, UK, EU, Switzerland, Arab Countries and the rest of the world, VAT -if applicable - is not included in the purchase price. Additionally, please be aware that K Salamoon is not responsible for any additional duties or local sales taxes that may be imposed by the destination country. It is your responsibility to be informed of and comply with any such local tax requirements.

 

 

 

OUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION PROMISE

At K. Salamoon, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products and services. Except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return the items to us within 7 working days from the delivery date of your order. We are pleased to offer you either an exchange or a full credit note, excluding any reasonable postage costs, provided that the goods are returned in their original condition. This includes having the original tags attached to each item and being in the original packaging.

 

Please note that bespoke and engraved items are classified as Special Orders. These pieces are either made or customized specifically for you, and due to their personalized nature, they cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. We encourage you to review your order carefully and confirm all details before finalizing your purchase to ensure your complete satisfaction with these unique items.

 

PRICING, PAYMENTS, SHIPMENT, AND DELIVERY

The prices for goods you order are as specified on our website and are quoted in US Dollars. If you choose to make a purchase in another currency, please be aware that currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the final amount billed to your credit card. K Salamoon shall not be held liable for any currency exchange fees or additional credit card charges that may be incurred in connection with your order or purchase.

 

We strive to ensure that our pricing is accurate and up-to-date; however, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct such errors and will inform you of any changes before proceeding with your order. All payments must be made at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by K Salamoon.

 

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods or services within the estimated times indicated on our website. However, please note that any delivery times and dates provided are for general guidance only and are not guaranteed. We will not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, customs delays, shipping carrier delays, or any other unforeseen events.

 

K. Salamoon will be shipping your order with  DHL and reserves the right to change the carrier at its own discretion. From the date the goods are delivered to the carrier, the responsibility for delivering the goods to you, including the risk of late delivery, loss, or damage, passes to the carrier. K. Salamoon is not responsible for any delay caused by the carrier or customs. In the event of any such issues, the carrier will be in charge for addressing and resolving them. We will provide you with the necessary information to contact the carrier and track your shipment.

 

We strongly recommend that you add insurance to your shipment to protect your purchase against any potential loss or damage during transit. This will ensure that you are adequately compensated by the carrier in the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged while in their care.

 

In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your goods within the specified timeframe, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work diligently to resolve any delivery issues to the best of our ability.

 

RETURN POLICY

Customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 7 days of receipt and return the item(s) for an exchange or a full credit note, excluding customized jewels. Each piece must be delivered back to us in its original packaging and condition, unworn and undamaged.

1. Return Postage Charges: We do not offer a free returns policy. The customer is required to pay for return postage charges. Additionally, if the Ministry of Finance in Lebanon requests VAT and custom duty taxes for returning items, the customer will be responsible for paying these fees.

2. Insurance: Insurance for returning items is strongly recommended as the customer is fully responsible for the item until it reaches K. Salamoon. We advise using a tracked and insured postal service to ensure safe delivery.

3. Refunds: Undamaged and correctly returned items will be credited using the same payment card originally used by you on our website to pay for your purchase. The refund will be issued after deducting all costs and taxes, including VAT, custom duties, and any bank transfer fees incurred by K. Salamoon.

4. Return Address: Pack the items back in the parcel and send them to:

5. Exchange Policy: Jewelry and goods purchased online cannot be exchanged at any of our worldwide retailers’ shops showcasing our brands.

6. Customized Jewels: Customized jewels are excluded from the return policy. They can only be altered against pre-agreed fees or repaired in case of manufacturer default, damages, or wrong size.

7. Customer Service: If there are any problems with your item(s) upon return, a member of our customer services team will contact you to resolve the issue.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services and will make every effort to facilitate a smooth return process.

 

CONTRACT FOR SALE

 

The advertising of products on this site constitutes an 'invitation to treat'. This means that your order represents an offer to purchase, and it does not form a binding contract of sale between you and K. Salamoon until certain conditions are met. Specifically, prices and stock availability are not contractually confirmed until you receive a 'confirmation of order' email from us. This email will be dispatched once credit card authorization has been verified and stock levels have been checked to ensure availability.

 

Please note that these Terms and Conditions cannot be varied except by changes made directly by K. Salamoon on the site. We reserve the right to make such changes from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

 

Furthermore, any statements made by representatives of K. RECEIPT OF ORDER

K. Salamoon requires payment in full for your order before it can be accepted and processed. Once your credit card has been authorized and stock availability has been confirmed, K. Salamoon will send you an email receipt confirming your order. This email serves as an official acknowledgment of your order and includes important details such as the items purchased, the total cost, and an order number. We recommend that you keep this receipt for your records, as it serves as proof of purchase and may be needed for any future reference regarding your order.

Please note that K. Salamoon reserves the right to refuse to supply products to any person or entity for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, issues related to payment authorization, stock availability, or any other reason deemed appropriate by K. Salamoon. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund if payment has already been made.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES

If you realize that you have made a mistake with your order and wish to cancel or alter it, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. This short window is necessary because we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

To cancel or alter your order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately via phone or email, providing your order details and the specific changes or cancellation request. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request; however, if the order has already been processed and dispatched, it will not be possible to stop or alter the shipment.

In cases where the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the instructions for 'returning an item' as outlined in our Return Policy. This involves returning the items in their original condition and packaging, and you may be responsible for any associated return postage charges. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request for an exchange or refund in accordance with our return policy.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

To proceed with any of these resolutions, the faulty item must be returned to us by post to the returns address provided above. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit. Once we receive the returned item and verify the defect or damage, we will promptly process your replacement, exchange, or credit note.
